These cables are ideal for use with the RGB to S-Video cable, or any other Audio/Visual equipment.  Gold platting reduces noise and contact resistance.   OFC (oxygen free copper) cable lowers the signal loss, while shielding reduces outside interference being coupled onto the signal cables.
